| Does the weather affect the building process? |
| We build 12 months a year weather permitting of course. Today's technology allows for buildings to begin at any time of year. Even during winter months there are several windows of opportunity when foundations can be poured without any difficulty. The only problem that could arise is that concrete walkways, driveways and masonry work cannot be poured or done during extreme cold. |

| It is very important to thoroughly check builder's references so you know you're hiring the best to build your dream home. |
